It achieves this objective with productized treasury services that are curated, automated and risk mitigated. Provides the missing link between DAOs and DeFi.

Exponent is looking for a DeFi native to join our team in order to help us grow insights and partner with protocols and DAO communities as we scale our product offerings.

Scope

• Uncover meaningful insights from the chaos in web3
• Core driver to internal data strategies, draft overall roadmap for building efficient data solutions and scalable data model
• Foster and grow relationships with crypto projects through participation in governance proposal, voting and providing product testing feedback
• Design, architect, and develop data solutions that help product and business teams make data-driven decisions in the areas of DeFi opportunities, risks, treasury management and capital inefficiency in governance process
• Perform data analysis, data visualization and econometric studies to support product development
• Publish thought thought pieces and be a brand ambassador for Exponent across relevant channels (e.g. Twitter)
• steward the practice of data-centered approach to the organization

Requirements

• A very deep understanding of DeFi protocols
• Prove that you are an active participant in Crypto, ie. wallets with 3 digit transactions
• 1-3 years experience in crypto
• Good understanding of crypto memes, narratives and market cycles
• Experience in quantitative analytics/research in traditional finance or crypto
• Great understanding of DeFi protocols, risk and return profiles, understand how crypto market functions at a micro-level
